One of the better hotels in manado. We had very pleasant stay. Staff very helpful and kind, especially front desk and restaurant ❤️ Would we come back? Definitely yes. Well worth money spent.

This hotel is more than just an airport hotel. It’s very clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast buffet was quite a spread. Service was excellent. Rio was especially helpful in arranging an express laundry service (not onsite), taxi service to the airport (cheaper than the hotel’s airport shuttle), and getting us to a mall nearby that has an ATM machine. Thank you!

It’s a great place to stay overnight for an early flight the next day The one highlight was the front desk manager Fernando, he was excellent and his customer service was amazing. You are lucky to have him on your front desk!

It was a good quality hotel with good facilities. As with other hotels in Indonesia, Acor will need to continue its investment in maintaining this property to its current standard

Swimming pool: full size with palms! Large, quite empty, slightly heartless building. Efficient and comfortable for a flight and great to swim. Not so expensive given only 100k more than or homestay the night before!
